Sierra joined the team in 2021, coming on as an assistant to Mortgage Agent Tyler Giles. Sierra plays a vital role in both the mortgage and real estate sides of Tyler's business, prioritizing a smooth and seamless process for clients. With more than 10 years of customer service experience, a strong desire to learn and a logic-based approach to problem solving, Sierra thrives in her role, bringing valuable expertise and efficiency to Tyler’s business.

In Sierra’s time working with Tyler, they have collaborated to streamline workflows, reducing task completion times significantly, allowing Tyler to expand his business. Sierra’s background in team sports has instilled a strong work ethic, the ability to handle tight deadlines, and an unwavering attention to detail.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys playing hockey, soccer, softball, and rollerblading. Living by the philosophy that "passion is energy," she brings enthusiasm and dedication to every aspect of her life.
