Mortgage Administrator

Melissa joined Team Armstrong with a background in both the mortgage industry and operations. As a licensed assistant, she combines her previous mortgage experience with several years in operations and coordination, bringing a strong focus on organization and attention to detail to her role. Melissa takes pride in being dependable and approachable and enjoys helping make the mortgage process as smooth and straightforward as possible for clients.

Melissa holds a degree from King’s University College and a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College. With a positive and supportive approach, she values building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues and is always willing to lend a hand wherever she can.

Originally from Strathroy, Melissa now calls London home. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and all the adventures that come with raising a young son.
