In addition to his professional accomplishments, Terry brings a strong background in athletic leadership and coaching. He is currently a Junior B hockey coach with the Strathroy Rockets and the West London Hawks. As a hockey skills development coach, he works with athletes across all levels, from youth hockey to OHL and Junior players, including the Devilettes and AAA programs. Terry is also a high-performance track and field coach, offering speed training to athletes in multiple sports, and has coached elite NFL and CFL draft prospects at the College Gridiron Showcase in Texas.

Terry’s coaching experience reflects his deep commitment to mentorship, discipline, and teamwork—values that align with Team Armstrong. Outside of work and coaching, Terry enjoys spending quality time with his family, supporting his two children in their athletic pursuits, and spending time outdoors camping, golfing, and traveling.
